Our main office is in Doncaster but our team is spread out across various areas within England to give us nationwide coverage. Within our Doncaster office we control and manage the support issue as they arise and also monitor our clients network so that we can proactively support them.
A lot of our work goes unnoticed and that is in the sense that we remotely dial-in to every client to ensure that backups are working and that the servers have all the latest updates installed as they are released.
We always try and resolve issue where possible over the phone or by logging into your network. 90% of issues can be resolved this way and help you quickly get back to your work. Failing that we can quickly despatch and engineer to your site to resolve the issue.
We have recently invested in satellite tracking and navigation so that our engineers avoid traffic congestion where possible to assist them in getting to you as quickly as possible when something goes wrong.
