Supply, Installation and Support

Panasonic Telephone Systems provide business connectivity to suit all telephone and telephone line technologies including analogue, ISDN and VoIP telephone lines as well as analogue, digital and IP Phone extensions. Whatever your size of business, whatever features you need - you can be sure Panasonic has produced a phone system that suits.

All Panasonic phone system equipment is available on supply only basis with 24hr delivery, or installation within 7 to 10 days. We can provide CAT5 or CAT6 structured cabling, cabinets and network switches.

If you would like assistance in configuring the most appropriate phone system solution for your business then please call our sales team who can offer advice on the different technologies and how they can be deployed to meet both your demands and budget.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING
Our fully qualified Panasonic engineers provide expert system installation if required. Most standard installations will also include basic user training. Advanced user and administration training is available at an extra cost. We can provide system only or full turnkey installation including CAT5 and CAT6 structured cabling, racks and patch panels and supply a wide range of system add-ons e.g. music on hold, call recording, gsm gateway, LAN switches, POE Power Over Ethernet switches and UPS uninterupptible Power Supplies.

MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Phone System Maintenance cover is available on all Panasonic phone systems, new and old. A maintenance contract will cover parts and labour as well as telephone and remote dial in support. A maintenance contract will help ensure your business continuity if your phone system breaks down becuase we can usually have an engineer on site with replacement equipment within a few hours (depending upon level of cover). SUPPORT
If you have decided to install your own telephone system then we can provide telephone or remote dial in support. This service is chargable at £50.00 per hour session. This is a great option if you have decided to maximise your discounts by buying equipment on a supply only basis and need the reassurance of somebody at the end of a phone to help you out with technical support if required. Support is pre-paid and at pre-arranged time slots.
