The Northern Design Collective was formed in January 2005 out of a desire to work independently with interesting clients, avoiding the compromises and pressures that come from a big agency environment. From modest beginnings, we have built up an impressive client base across the local government, charity, housing and commercial sectors.

We are a collective in the truest sense: a group of independent-minded individuals who bring their skills and experience to projects which include communications strategy, advertising, marketing, design, web development, research and HR consultancy. Our underlying principles are those of mutual benefit, uncompromising quality, and sustainability in all we do.
