Although we are finding 85% of all issues can be fixed remotely, we will also come onsite to resolve the problem.

As we are Microsoft qualified you can be confident that the engineer coming onsite is knowledgeable to resolve the problem promptly to get you back up and running as soon as is possible.

We carry spares in regards to servers and workstations and so where available we will even loan you temporary hardware.
