We now have a new offering.
A plan which makes things fair for you the end user.
Instead of having fixed rate monthly support contracts we now offer a Pay As You Go service with absolutely no ties. The main advantage is that you have the benefits of contracted support but you only pay for what you use.
Once signed up you can log an issue by telephone or by our support logging system and we will respond or be on-site within an agreed SLA.After you are happy with the solution we then resolve the case and then charge on an hourly rate for the work we have completed.
