Lakeside IT is one of Doncaster's main IT support provider. We have been around for a number of years and are still growing with word of mouth and referrals being our main marketing method.

Based within the Keepmoat Stadium (Doncaster) we are a team of dedicated professionals who have various backgrounds in IT and business management. The company was registered in 2003 and since then we have won some major local and national contracts which has helped the business grown in a very organic way.

Our main office is in Doncaster but our team is spread out across various areas within England to give us nationwide coverage. Within our Doncaster office we control and manage the support issue as they arise and also monitor our clients network so that we can proactively support them.

With heavy investment we are able to support both our clients in the local area, but also clients across the UK. Under our network support agreements we are able to provide technical assistance both remotely but also on-site within 4 hours if required.
A lot of our work goes un-noticed and that is in the sense that we remotely dial-in to every client to ensure that backups are working and that the servers have all the latest updates installed as they are released.

We always try and resolve issue where possible over the phone or by logging into your network. 90% of issues can be resolved this way and help you quickly get back to your work. Failing that we can quickly despatch and engineer to your site to resolve the issue.
