Our technical helpdesk operates as standard during normal business hours, supporting your business with any issues raised. We also can offer 24/7 support agreements and already have over 150 users on such 24/7 agreements.

Our helpdesk is managed by our helpdesk management software. This records every support issue and is then monirotred and tracked through to resolution. Our clients will know exactly what is happening at every stage with regular updates.

Desktop Support

Due to our extensive server support knowledge base we can easily manage and repair any type of desktop system on a network.

Should it require a physical support then we can either be on-site anywhere across the UK within a pre-agreed timescale, or we can provide swap-out machines that can be delievered on a next day basis.

We can also provide our customers with clearly defined paths whether they are long or short-term strategies. This allows our clients to budget for future upgrades to their computer systems enabling them to get the most out of their existing technologies whilst also planning for the future.
